The Builders’ Electronic Plan Room (EPR) is an online platform used by contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to discover and bid on construction projects across Missouri, Kansas, and surrounding regions. The system provides centralized access to project documents, plans, and bid information, helping construction professionals stay informed and collaborate throughout the bidding process.
Builders EPR Platform Improvements
The Electronic Plan Room provides a suite of tools that help construction teams manage bidding activity and stay connected to active projects. Key features include advanced project search and filtering, integration with On Center’s On-Screen Takeoff software for digital plan analysis, messaging tools for project updates, and daily email notifications for new opportunities and industry events.
Users can also access help resources through a built-in knowledge base and continue reviewing project documentation for up to 120 days after bidding closes.
